科目履修方法 How to enroll in each course
学部・研究科で定められた通常の履修手続によって、KULASISもしくは開講部局事務室にて期日までに履修登録を行ってください。（受講人数制限等がある科目もあります。）
科目には全学共通科目や他学部開講科目となるものが含まれます。履修手続についての不明な点は、所属する部局事務室の教務担当窓口まで問い合わせてください。
Complete the standard course registration procedures by the university KULASIS system or at the faculty or graduate school's administrative office of the course by the prescribed date. (Class quotas and eligibility requirements apply in some cases.)
Some subjects in the program are operated as Liberal Arts and General Education Courses or offered by other faculties within the university. If you require any further guidance regarding enrollment, please contact the academic affairs staff in your faculty or graduate school's administrative office.

The program is open to regular undergraduate and graduate degree students of Kyoto University.
系統講義修了認定に必要な単位数・構成 Credit requirements for program completion
京都大学正規学生が以下に定める単位を取得した場合、系統講義「京都で学ぶアジアと日本」を修了したと認定し、『系統講義「京都で学ぶアジアと日本」修了証』を発行します。
Upon fulfillment of the credit requirements set forth below, your completion of the program will be officially approved and you will be issued with a Studying Japan and Asia in Kyoto Program Completion Certificate.
英語による講義や実践的な海外交流経験が含まれる講義の取得を推奨します。
単位認定は各科目で定められた方法によって、科目ごとに行われます。
修了までの期間は1 年以上とします。
＊学士・修士の学位に必要な単位の取り扱いについては、受講者の所属研究科により異なるので所属する部局事務室の教務係に確認してください。
We recommend that you take subjects taught in English and those that include practical overseas experience.
Credits are awarded on a subject-by-subject basis, in accordance with the methods specified in each subject.
The minimum duration of the program is one year.
* Rules concerning credits required for completion of Bachelor's and Master's degrees vary depending on your affiliation. Be sure to check with the academic affairs staff in your faculty or graduate school's administrative office.
系統講義修了認定申請方法 Approval of program completion
修了認定に必要な単位を取得した受講者には、京都大学アジア研究教育ユニット教育プログラム委員会による承認後、『修了証』を授与します。
Once you have fulfilled the credit requirements of the program and are approved by the KUASU Educational Program Committee, you will receive a completion certificate.

1 系統講義「京都で学ぶアジアと日本」修了申請書を、アジア研究教育ユニット支援室までメールにて請求してください。
1) Send an e-mail message to the KUASU Office requesting a "Studying Japan and Asia in Kyoto" Program Completion Application Form.
2 申請書に必要事項を記載し、単位取得を証明する書類（成績証明書）を添付して、アジア研究教育ユニット支援室まで書類を提出してください。
2) Complete the required fields in the Application Form, attach proof that you have earned the required credits (your academic transcript), and submit it to the KUASU Office.
